QS Engineer–Civil
Position : Jr.Quantity Surveyor
Experiance : 2-4 years
Roles & Responsibilities:
Detailed study of Drawings and preparation of GFC Quantities.
Bill of Quantities (BoQ) preparation.
Good knowledge on preparation of rate analysis of all Construction materials.
Preparation of Client & Contractor bills with Recocilations of all materials.
Good knowledge on Structure ,Finishings & Interior works.
BBS Engineer
Position :BBS Engineer
Experiance :4-5 years
Roles & Responsibilities:
Prepare Bar bending schedule with Shop drawing along with detailed bar shapes and details as per the GFC drawings details for Cutting , bending and site execution purpouse.
Prepare Bar bending schedule with detailed drafting drawing.
Maintain JMR's & rise RFI's to get missing clarifications with consultant.
Prepare final reconcilation of Steel reinforcement.
